Our founder, Jay, hails from the culinary capital of Pakistan, Lahore – centre of culture, art and literature – and also draws on his father’s Persian heritage for inspiration. Our chefs are classically trained in the best hotels in Lahore, India and Dubai and, together with Jay and his son Ammar, they create exciting menus with fortnightly or monthly specials to introduce you to new, authentic flavours. We take our standing as a top Asian restaurant in Leeds/Bradford seriously. Very much part of our local community, we organise charity nights and other special events on a regular basis.
